I am a qualified teacher (PGCE) with a rich background in education (Primary Curriculum, Music and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion). Recently, I served as a Senior Leader in Music Education, where I honed my skills in leadership, inclusion research, training and development for over three years. I have also completed qualifications in ‘Training the Trainers’ with Hampshire City Council, equipping me with advanced techniques to train and engage diverse audiences.

With over two decades of experience in training and educating both adults and young people, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to my speaking engagements. I continuously seek out new learning opportunities and stay updated on the latest research, ensuring my presentations are relevant and impactful.

I have also embraced the creativity of an entrepreneur's life, launching my own small music business in 2014. With firsthand experience of the challenges and rewards of running a business, I am eager to share my journey and insights. This entrepreneurial background adds another valuable dimension to my coaching, equipping me to guide others through the intricacies of small business management and personal development.
